I saw a beautiful meteorite this morning on the ride in. It was a crystal clear bright blue morning and the meteor flashed across the sky. It was spectacular. Daylight meteors are extremely rare so I count myself lucky to have seen it.

(technical notes: It travelled NW->SE. I was facing E-NE. It was about 50* up and covered 10-15 degrees of the sky.)
